Payment

Somebody pays for itunes.com services through my bank card. I ask you to return the funds ($30) and cancel the purchase, since it was not me who made it. Fix this problem. I always want to know who is using my card and who makes payments (and IP-adress). Why the app doesn't notify me about all payments?

itune billing I am writing in to inquire in my recent billing dated 11 Nov & 14 Nov which had indicated I have purchased itunes. I need someone to get in touch with me in regard to billing. I have since blocked my credit card for unknown purchased. Another area to note, the menu for the phone system to direct me to another respective person to assist me truly unclear, I have been going through a zig saw puzzle how to select the options. payment from my card Hello! Over 40 USD was withdrawn from my card but my appleID has no valid subscriptions except apple music family. For over 1 week, reports have regularly come from the bank that attempts are being made to withdraw money from the card by Apple. What appleID uses my card? thanks!

If it's not on your iTunes account(s) etc. : If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
