How do I delete my child’s safari browser that is connected under my family sharing. Clear history is there but is not option to click on

I understand from your post that you would like to delete your child's browsing history but it is grayed out. If you have any parental controls enabled this could prevent the browsing history from being deleted. The following article has information about parental controls you may find helpful:
