Left and right Airpods not sync - Eeplacement airpod

I replaced my right airpod that I had lost. I am trying to pair my AirPods to my iPhone but I am having trouble.

If I put both in the charger, the light is only orange (touching or not the sync button) and the animation does not show up.

If I put only one (right or left) the synchronization is done without problems.

I saw recommendations to try to pair them one at a time. When I take out one of the airpods the light is a solid green and I can pair it easily to my phone. However, then when I put the second airpod in the case the light begins to flash amber again. I left them together in the case, like many people said, for a while but the problem was not solved. Then I unpaired that AirPod and did the other one first and the same result happened. When I try to synchronize one and then the other, only the last one is working

I read that several people have this problem.

I talked to Apple and tried everything they told me, it still didn't work and Apple has no answer.

I asked if the problem could be that they have different firmware (I can't update the firmware to any of them either) and Apple said it wasn't the problem.

Reemplacé mi airpod derecho que había perdido. Estoy intentando emparejar mis AirPods con mi iPhone, pero tengo problemas.

Si pongo ambos en el cargador, solo aparece la luz naranja (tocando o no el botón de sincronización) y la animación en pantalla no aparece.

Si pongo solo uno (derecho o izquierdo) la sincronización se realiza sin problemas.

Vi recomendaciones para tratar de emparejarlos de a uno a la vez. Cuando saco uno de los airpods, la luz es de color verde sólido y puedo vincularlo fácilmente a mi teléfono. Sin embargo, cuando coloco el segundo airpod en el estuche, la luz comienza a parpadear nuevamente en naranja. Los dejé juntos en el caso, como dijeron muchas personas, por un tiempo, pero el problema no se resolvió. Luego desemparejé ese AirPod e hice el otro primero y ocurrió el mismo resultado. Cuando trato de sincronizar uno y luego el otro, solo el último queda funcionando.

Leí que varias personas tienen este problema.

Hablé con Apple e intenté todo lo que me dijeron, aún así no funcionó y Apple no tiene respuesta.

Pregunté si el problema podría ser que tienen firmware diferente (tampoco puedo actualizar el firmware a ninguno de ellos) y Apple dijo que no era el problema.
