Hi!
i just got my iPhone 11 Pro and I am experiencing problems with the front facing camera.
Whenever I am using Snapchat or instagram to make the video with the front camera and trying to zoom in the picture is not smooth. By this I mean that the video is not recorded smoothly during the zoom and it appears I be somewhat step-zooming.
Does anyone else experience this?

so today i got the new iphone 11 and i’ve been experiencing some issues regrading the front facing camera on snapchat , instagram and tiktok. every time i would zoom in the camera would tend to glitch and effect the video i would make and send to my friends . please help we need this fixed thank you!
I have the same issue... i spoke to customer support and they told me to try restoring the phone, which i did, and nothing seems to fix it. hopefully this will be addressed soon...
hmm that's weird their support told me it's most likely software related and that i should wait for an update/bug fix

I have the standard iPhone 11 and I am having the same problem with my front facing camera.
This problem has been fixed in iOS 13.1 :)

Same exact issue !! A real studder/glitchy zoom with front camera on Snapchat & Instagram .
I have the exact same problem on my iphone 11
The camera issues are caused by that third party software and they will have to fix it.
I have the exact same issue ! Hopefully they get this fixed soon cause it’s very annoying.
I am also having this problem!! I was thinking of returning it for another one but looks like it's not only my phone so I guess I'll wait for the update.
Third party apps need to fix their issues.
Apple is fine.
