iPhone 11 Pro front camera problem

I haven’t tried zooming yet, but I’m experiencing low quality in the front camera. It’s showing way too many pixels for the quality it is. And it seems to adjust to a clearer picture when I move from indoors to outdoors. Is anyone else experiencing that too?

I have got the issue with my front camera o Iphone 11 Pro. There is a issue with the blurry images whenever i try to click a selfie. The left side is always blurred by the front camera. This is the second device that i bought from Apple in last 3 weeks. The first iphone 11 pro had heating issue and i went to apple on 3rd day after my purchase. They first updated a new software and asked me to use the device and bring it again if the issue persists. I got it back to them later in the week because it still didn't solve my problem.

They were out of stock for 1 week so had to wait again to buy the new phone. I again waited in the queue for 1.5 hours to get a new phone. Now within 1 week i tried to take a selfie and it *****.

I just got this phone and the front facing camera is terrible, on the apple camera mode the colours are not right, they are way too dull. On snapchat the colours are not right and it goes blurry for some reason. Even the back camera which definitely looks clearer than my previous iphone (8plus). But the colours are way to dull!! My previous iPhone was way better for the selfie camera, disappointed to say the least. Although I beleive iphone 11 pro is not the only phone that is like this, my mates iphone xs is exactly the same for the selfie camera. Safe to say I will be taking it back for a refund. Downgrading back to my previous model, which will feel like an upgrade again which is just ridiculous!!!

I thought I was the only one who noticed that. I have the iPhone 11 pro max and I’m so disappointed in the front camera quality. When making videos with the front camera it is not smooth at all it looks horrible! It kinda looks like little dots. My cousin and I both got the phone the same day and she has the same problem too. I was so excited about the camera when I got this phone, I just hope Apple can fix this problem soon! I’m so disappointed!!

Apple I demand a refund!!!!! The FRONT camera quality is terrible. It’s has nothing to do with IOS it has NOTHING to do with 3rd party apps. YOU HAVE FAILED AT MAKING A QUALITY PRODUCT. Lol it’s so funny. I’ve been experiencing the same. Bought iphone 11 for the sake of its camera. Turns out I’d rather downgrade to my iphone 7 instead of this ugly thing

I’ve had a problem on Snapchat where I go to take a picture and the screen shows up glitches and green I swiped out of the app and did it one more time not sure what it could be? It did alarm me due to a brand new phone though.

No it’s not just Snapchat. It’s the camera. But I also feel it’s the phone. I synced my Pro Max from my 8plus and the pictures transferred over are even blurry but were crisp and clear on Plus. Def returning my 8plus. Not worth the money. Stick with cheaper phones. Pro max is a rip off

I’m experiencing the exact same thing on my 11 Pro! Hopefully it will be fixed in iOS 13.1

yes i’m having the exact same problem, and if you use other apps such a tik tok, or any photo apps, it does the same thing

My iPhone 11 I got today does the exact same thing.

Same... And I feel like the front camera quality isn’t that good.

Oh and before i forget: switching back to 720 pixels and 30 fps is not really a satisfying solution when buying a 1000 dollar iPhone;)
