Tonight I signed up for a free account on Classmates.com. They presented me with 3 subscription offers which I declined. Immediately I was redirected to a "....cloudfront.net" url. Can someone safely check this url to see if it's infected? This is the pop-up that came from their url. Should I scan my iMac (Mojave 10.14.6) with any particular security software?

That is a scam site. Don't call them nor click on any links on the site. Just close the browser.

So the chances of them transfering any malware are pretty slim? On getting that pop-up, I did close that browser window, deleted all cookies, and the cache.
Do you have suggestions on who I should share my experience with to try and get Classmates.com neutered or shutdown?
Such scams are very common. No remote site can tell what you have running on your computer. Just move on. Look at the url of the scam page. It is not classmates.com. Somehow you clicked on something or the scammers hijacked Classmates and redirected you to the scam site.
