Remove bedtime from alarm section iOS 13

Since the iOS 13 update, under my alarms section there is now a bedtime alarm permanently there that can’t be deleted. I’ve turned off all the functions but it’s still sitting in my alarms ahead of all my actual alarms that I use.

How do I remove this from my alarms section now with iOS 13?

I’m nauseous from the Arrogant Apple company cramming crap down our throat that we don’t want. Removing options instead of adding more. Making it more restrictive rather than more optional. Crappy bedtime junk. Crappy most used emoticons. And they thought Windows was bad! Ha! Absolutely disgusting!! 🤬🤬🤬

I need that bedtime alarm to go. I have to set an alarm every 3 hours for medication reminder and it always ends up at the bottom of my list of alarms. It used to be visible on the screen, easy to access, easy to see when my meds were next due but now, because of this stupid bedtime alarm (which only appeared because I accidentally caught the bedtime icon one day) I am always having to scroll to find my alarm. It would’ve great if Apple would make alarm orders customisable so I could always have my meds alarm at the top!

This feature should absolutely be deletable. This morning I was late helping a friend who has just come out of hospital because I thought “07.00” switched on in my alarm queue was, hey, my alarm. Turned out to be my “bedtime” wake-up which apparently was set to “birdsong”. Who knew?

I’ve relied on the iPhone alarm for years and it has taken me more than an hour this morning to work out what went wrong. Please let customers decide basic - but important - settings/interfaces like this.

This has to be one of the most stupid things I've ever seen in my life... just enabled Bedtime "Wake Up Alarm" to test an automation, and then when I wanted to revert back to how it was before, there was the Bedtime Alarm that can't be removed, right on top of the alarm list, occupying space and just being useless! Come on Apple, how stupid is that? Let us remove that disabled alarm, how hard can it be???

This happened minutes ago, now trying to run total reset and restore of my iPhone to see if I can go back to how it was when last backup ran last night... hope this works!

Agree w/all posts, utterly disgusted w/the way the tech oligarchs cram their views of what we should like down our throats, then refuse to allow us change options. Part of their overall monopolistic control & excessive profiteering corporate strategies. Until we control & break them up, we remain a corporatocracy w/dependence on those who do not have our best interests in mind!

Really silly stuff... I had to restore my phone from the previous day backup to remove "bedtime alarm"... that worked, but in the process I lost all my photos/videos since 2011 (not backed up to iCloud)! Fortunately I had a manual sync of all the photos/videos updated regularly to my PC so I was able to re-import all of them back to the phone using iTunes and get some (not all) of the stuff IOS does "for you", memories compilations and stuff like that... it seems to be reprocessing everything ( a lot of files) and adding back those features as it goes.

Totally unnecessary steps if they simply allowed the user (and OWNER by the way) to just remove that alarm!

Bedtime is one of the most annoying changes that came with iOS 13.

Apple made it impossible to remove.

You can turn it off, but its interface still hides your alarm clocks.

It's amusing to watch the Apple support chatbot misunderstand this. It keeps telling us how to turn off the alarm.

Most of us do not want to turn it off; we want to delete Bedtime completely from our Alarm screens.

I was horrified to find after using this that it silences phone calls. The only days each week that I used it are also the nights that I was on call at the hospital and most needed to hear my phone calls. I was very lucky that I noticed it before a shift where I got called in. I want it off my phone immediately. I’ve accidentally set it instead of the regular alarm a few times because of it similar appearance and primary location. It’s really bad for me.

Yeah, I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars on apple products over the years but I can say for sure that I’ve bought my last apple device. This push to things like Apple Pay, Bedtime, and Apple Music (taking iTunes away) has led me to this decision. It’s terrible that I as a consumer have no option to opt out of something or continue to use what works best for me and my family. Bottom line... I don’t trust Apple to protect me or even meet my needs.

It’s really shocking to me how many people have trouble with something like this. Apparently it’s been on my phone for a while, I literally never noticed it because I just scrolled down to find the alarm I need. We have users in here talking about how they missed important appointments and what not, but it sounds to me like some people just can’t take responsibility for their own actions. It takes about half a second to scroll up with your thumb. If something like this is really annoying some of you this much, I can’t even imagine what actual problems would do.
