Calendar complication not working with watchOS 6 update

I see that people are advising that WatchOS 6.1 has fixed this issue. Any advice for those of us still using an Apple Watch series 1 running WatchOS 4.3.2? This is the maximum OS version this series of watch can take and the Outlook calendar complication still doesn’t display correctly for me :-(. Just shows the word “Outlook” and not the next upcoming meeting details.

I think the bug is most likely on Apple’s side, as the watch calendar app works—it’s just the complications that are broken.

Fully broken. Apple fix this ASAP. Restarting doesn’t work, resetting sync does nothing, and the calendar setting are gone in the watch app.

This worked for me. iPhone 8 iOS 13.1 and Watch Series4 watchOS 6.0 and MobileIron.

However if I reset data sync on watch it breaks again, and need to toggle calendar sync again. Thanks!

Did you select to delete events or keep events when turning off?

Local ("on this phone") events are working on the watch complication.

Same issue here. Calendar complication is persistently stating "No more events", but the events are there when I tap into the actual calendar. iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 13, paired with Watch series 4 running WatchOS 6.

I have a similar setup, though my employer uses Google Device Security. Like you, my calendar complication worked fine until watchos 6.

Hopefully this gets sorted soon, I use that complication all the time.

I don’t have MobilIron but I do have my work email and calendars set up on my phone with a different program. I’m having this same issue. It’s driving me nuts. I’m assuming the problem is on the Apple side. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Exactly the same issue for me...same hardware, iPhone using MobileIron Device Management; feature stopped working after updating to the latest OS. I have tried all the suggested fixes here and nothing worked. The fix has to come from Apple.

Same problem with the complication, but even further, opening the Calendar app on my watch still does not show the events. I am using Microsoft Exchange, iPhone 8 w/ iOS 13, Apple Watch 3 w/ watchOS 6.0.

Same problem here. I am using Mobile Iron for work calendar, etc. But even Google calendar personal events don't show up, just "No more events today". Everything worked fine before I updated to 13/6. When can we get a fix for this?

I reported this issue with one of the first beta releases of watchOS 6. I just checked my feedback and it indicated no one else reported this issue. Now that watchOS 6 is GA, I entered another feedback item and referenced this thread of all of our experiences. Hope it is getting worked on

Thanks for sharing—this is kind of working. The calendar complication is working, but seems to show only the MDM calendar, and not my personal calendars. It breaks completely again if I reset sync data in the watch app, so it’s probably temporary.

Watch S4 WOS6.0 and Iphone 8 IOS 13.0.

I also have Device Management and MobileIron but I cannot deactivate it since it's my corporate phone.

Complication is broken and most notifications aren't working.

This breaks a LOT of the watch experience
