After I tried updating my Apple Watch today the watch got hung initially with a Red Exclamation then later when I tried to force start it I am getting a continuous on and off blinking Apple logo on the screen which is never ending.

Try resetting it by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release.
