I installed iOS 13 on my iPhone 6S today morning and since then i have pretty high battery usage.I checked battery and saw photos using a lot of battery on the background.How can i fix this it is literally killing my battery.

Good to hear that I am not alone with this issue and still don’t understand why Apple can’t fix this issue!
Has anyone like me a huge amount of photos on their phone? I am really thinking about deleting them and to shrink my library in order to solve this issue.
I have about 18.000 photos, after deleting roughly 5.000. And about 450 self-made small video clips
I never had shared Album on, always have iCloud photos turned off, still a problem for me

Not helpful I'm afraid. If you read the thread this is way beyond a generic Apple 'help' page link.
Possibly the right way for the root cause... My oldest photos were from 2013.
