Ever since I downloaded iOS 13 it wont save as a PNG anymore

I run a business where I use my phone to save png photos(photos with transparent background). Ever since I downloaded IOS 13 it wont save as a png anymore. It will fill in what was supposed to be a transparent background with a white background. I am now loosing business and I do not know what to do. (If someone wants to know which app I am talking about that I use it is Photoshop Mix) Please release a revised update that solves this problem.(Had no problems before update.)

I am facing the same problem. Choose an image editor application which can import image from Dropbox or any other source than your camera roll. It will keep the transparency if you import the images from another source.

Unfortunately transparent PNGs getting white background when it saved to camera roll.

Same problem too. Absolutely ridiculous that iOS no longer recognizes the transparent backgrounds on png files. This is a bug that needs to be addressed immediately.

Yes! I have the problem aswell, And for me it is very bad because I make videos and NEED transparent .pngs! I really need this fixed.

This “solution” does not work. Please do not provide a solution if you haven’t encountered the issue yourself. PNG with transparency enabled are being transformed to a white background by iOS.

Nope. I tried with 400px wide and it didn’t solve it.
