iOS 13 Lock Sound Stays Louder than System Setting

Also have this issue. Apple replaces my iPhone 11 and issue persists so it must be a software issue. Sounds are very inconsistent. Lock/keyboard sound is either very soft or VERY loud. I have tried everything to fix this but to no avail. Apple needs to address this.

Question: Q: iOS 13 lock sound stays loud have the same problem. the keyboard tones are also louder. sometimes the volume is low. it becomes louder as you write longer. and that leads to it. that the lock tone is extremely loud.

I have noticed my 11 Pro Max has this issue. My lock Screen was super loud and when the volume from swiping down from the corner is down all the way it’s really loud. But if you turn the volume all the way up in this menu the lock sound is super quiet. The lock sound is completely backwards from the volume level. This must be a bug in the software. Please fix Apple.

13.4.5 always too loud the sound of the keyboard, lock and any alerts at the lowest volume level. sound cannot be made quietly for comfortable use of the smartphone in a quiet environment. from the sounds of notification and blocking, the people around me are scared, I have to use the silent mode all the time. This problem was in previous versions.

I wrote a report to the Apple. if you still have problems, notify them, otherwise they will never fix this problem.

This workaround works ONLY if I lock the phone while the app is open and playing sound. If i just adjust the volume while the app is open, then leave the app and lock the phone the loud-*** lock sound returns. 😒

For me the solution I have posted before works on my XR. That is, I turn down the volume via the bottom and then swipe down from the upper right corner to open the control center. On the middle right side is another volume control. I pull that down. It takes a few seconds overall but it works for me.

with research I found a workaround. Open and play some music. While it’s playing turn the volume down. That should do it

Which previous version are you referring to?

11 Pro here with 13.2 and I do have the same issue. It occurs on shutter sound and keyboard typing. I had to turn them off.

I wasn't experiencing the same issue with the 6s and the same OS version.

It works but only one time, when you unlock the phone, it's behaving the same - at least for me.
