update iOS restore failed

update iOS 13 not success, it tell me evaluate processing time all-night.

when try to update in itune on mac, it 's still failed it let me restore factory setting

then i got "unknown error occurred (-1) i try 2-3 time got same error (-1).

now, i iphone died.
