update iOS 13 not success, it tell me evaluate processing time all-night.
when try to update in itune on mac, it 's still failed it let me restore factory setting
then i got "unknown error occurred (-1) i try 2-3 time got same error (-1).
now, i iphone died.

I try many time still .got -1 error code.
my iphone is come back, the problem is my internet connection is poor.
