Touch screen frozen intermittently

Hello Friends,

My iphone X touch screen freeze intermittently. Sometimes it takes time to come back and I lose incoming calls and urgent search on the phone. What do you think the problem is ? Hardware or software ? I have latest 11.3 IOS and once I did restored my settings too but still in same state. Any Advice is highly appreciated. Thanks

The fall could have loosened a connection or a solder joint.

Next time you're near an Apple store take it in for an examination.

Device dropped few times inside my car while checking google map. But that was not so hard hit. You think that might be a problem ?
