iPhone 11 will not charge on wireless charging

Well i still have the issues. However i have another Qi charger which i use in work and that works fine. So I'm guessing its the particular brand i am using at home which doesn't work which says its the qi charger and not the iPhone.

But this is by no means a universal issue. Both our iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro Max charge on multiple Qi chargers. I still think if yours works on your office charger, but not the one you have at home, it's more likely the charger.

My iPhone 11 charges wirelessly but I have to move it around in different positions and pick it up and put it back down repeatedly until it starts to work. Really frustrating because I can put my wife’s iPhone 10s on the charger and it instantly begins to charge. This randomly started after about a week of charging without issue.

I’m new to the Apple support community, however I have owned dozens of Apple IPhones over the years. I bought my son a iPhone 11 recently, and we had the same problem with the iPhone not charging wirelessly. I purchased the new Mophie Dual Wireless Charger, and his iPhone still wouldn’t wirelessly charge. I tried several high quality 10watt QI wireless chargers, and nothing worked.

So, when I was shopping the accessories isle at my local Best Buy, I noticed an Insignia 10watt QI wireless charger for $19.99. As a last “Hail Mary”, I bought it and brought it home. After unpacking it and setting it up, I set my son’s iPhone 11 down on this wireless charger, AND IT WORKED!!! I tried my iPhone 11 Pro Max and had no problems either. We waited a day to see if it still worked the next day, and it still does!!!

I hope this solution works for other as Apple Support had zero solutions for me prior.

I am having the same issue with my brand new iphone 11. my old Iphone 8 works on it. But when I try it with the iphone 11 with out a case....nothing. I restarted, updated and did everything. Nothing is working.

Anker A2305 wireless charging pad, iPhone 11, iOS 13.5.1. Wireless charging stopped working overnight. Tried different charger pad, different cable, outlet, removed case, etc. with no luck. Finally reset iPhone per suggestion somewhere in this thread and it now charges on either Anker Qi pad.

We purchased iPhone 11 and the wireless chargers.

The first day they Worked fine... but THAT WAS IT.

it seems the only way to make them work is to reset the phone. I say NO WAY I am not doing that.

I tried everything else.

Hi vanit209... I've exactly the same problem: 2 iPhone 11, 1 mophine dual... One charges the other dont...

Have you resolved the problem?

Return the device from where you bought it.

I have e just bought an iPhone 11 and just discovered this so will keep ta a on this issue.

I just update the two iPhones and restart the networks settings and... voila!

My iPhone 11 pro is also not charging on my wireless charger - Atomi AT 1237 model, bought from Amazon. When will we get the software fix? and there is no metal at the back of my phone.

Even I remove the case it donnot work. My case wireless charging case. It charging first time I buy new I phone 11. After the new update on ios. It mess up my wireless charging.

Same problem, iPhone 11 did charge for a few weeks but then stopped charging via wireless. I've tried several chargers, restarts and it just doesn't charge wirelessly anymore.
