Recently got 2 iPhone 11 for my daughters, also bought a Mophie dual wireless charging pad , one of them will not do wireless charging, any one has any idea why or it is something wrong with the phone.

Is the phone by any chance in a case with metal on the back of the case? If it is the case would be interfering with wireless charging. If it is not cased and it won't charge wireless, take it back to Apple for evaluation.
My iPhone 11 pro is also not charging on my wireless charger - Atomi AT 1237 model, bought from Amazon. When will we get the software fix? and there is no metal at the back of my phone.
Even I remove the case it donnot work. My case wireless charging case. It charging first time I buy new I phone 11. After the new update on ios. It mess up my wireless charging.
Same problem, iPhone 11 did charge for a few weeks but then stopped charging via wireless. I've tried several chargers, restarts and it just doesn't charge wirelessly anymore.
So a restart solved your problem, which means there isn't really a problem Apple needs to fix.

Yeah, my iPhone 11 began charging again for a few weeks, and then stopped again. Such disappoint.
I have the same problem and I can't find the answer. Brand new iPhone 11 and Samsung charger. My software is updated. What do I need to do to get Iphone 11 charge with the wireless charger?
My iPhone 11 charges wirelessly but I have to move it around in different positions and pick it up and put it back down repeatedly until it starts to work. Really frustrating because I can put my wife’s iPhone 10s on the charger and it instantly begins to charge. This randomly started after about a week of charging without issue.

The first day they Worked fine... but THAT WAS IT.
it seems the only way to make them work is to reset the phone. I say NO WAY I am not doing that.
I tried everything else.
Blozout, this is how mine started malfunctioning and it no longer charges wirelessly. I will send it for repair next week or so. Let us know when your iPhone no longer charges at all.
Did a quick iCloud back and reset network settings too. Seems to fix it.
