My new iPhone 11 keeps disconnecting bluetooth devices

I'm having the same issue with my iPhone 11 Pro runnig iOS 13.2.3 and a 2017 mb a-class. Keeps losing connection. No issue with the iPhone X of my wife or my old 6S. So frustrating.

I have same problem. Especially when I put on my pant’s back pocket and I bend.

I have the Pro Max and it will disconnect from my car along with my speaker. I’m debating on returning it because it’s starting to be inconvenient. I Want it to work the way it should. I also got mine from an authorized dealer which is not my preference, I’ve always got mine through corporate.

Same issue here. iPhone Pro Max iOS 13.1.2 constantly dropping witless Apple Car Play Connection on 2020 Mini JCW Clubman. Music is choppy and calls go back and forth between iPhone and CarPlay. Not having any issue though whilst using Jabra BT Headset to make calls.

I am experiencing similar issue with my new iphone 11 and my bluetooth headset WI 400. My headphone worked fine with my old iphone 7 plus.

On iphone 11 headphone works fine when I am playing music. But it keeps getting disconnected when I am on call. I have tried everything (latest ios updates, soft reboot, hard reboot, network setting reset etc.) but it still doesnt work.

Need some advise. Please help!

Still frustratingly constantly disconnecting from my car Bluetooth. It’s rare for me to get a phone call that isn’t disconnected from the blue tooth to the handset. It’s definitely not safe for me to plan on using when I need to be hands free.

This problem has been existing for a while now and needs to be resolved ASAP! Call being dropped, gps disconnecting, etc. the issue is Bluetooth connection with vehicles. Apple please fix the problem.

This is getting ridiculous. I was on the fence about switching to Android when I bought this phone. Decided to stay with Apple. Severely regretting my decision. My ride home is usually when I return my missed calls and now have to turn the Bluetooth off and use speakerphone. Update did nothing for me

I’m less convinced it’s the Bluetooth version now. The BT 5.0 headset stays connected when not on a call, but has disconnected and reconnected twice while on calls now. My BT 3.0 headsets never disconnected within calls. Glad to hear more people sharing their experiences though

My new 11pro disconnects Bluetooth connectivity about 6 minutes into a call. It is so frustrating. I have installed the latest update 13.3 and no luck! Driving me nuts . My car is a 2018 Toyota Highlander

Thanks. I personally think this will not help as I had set-up my iPhone 11 Pro as a new phone (no restore from cloud); I experienced the same bluetooth issues as with a cloud restore. Maybe this helps in other cases; would be interested to hear more.

The reset of network settings did not help with my bluetooth connecting to my Porsche Panamera. Still need to hold to my ear and keep bluetooth disabled while driving. Sure hope apple has a fix for this issue. Hard to believe they would not have these issues when beta testing this phone.

New iPhone 11 Pro.

I'm having the same issues disconnecting from Bluetooth . I've forgotten and then re-paired phone and car. Have done the same with hearing aids, but still get disconnected. I've done hard re-set of the phone. The only thing I have not done is a complete wipe of the phone and re-install everything from scratch. We really need your help, Apple!!!

Well, this isn't the place to get Apple's help. This is a user-to-user technical support forum with no Apple presence other than keeping the discussions civil.

I just posted information that should provide some technical advice plus a way to contact Apple.

Having the same issue in my Sequoia and iPhone 11. Keep hoping the Apple updates will fix. My stereo completely shuts down and won’t reconnect. If I remove the phone from the stereo—no problem at all (other than the phone not connecting to the stereo). My Last iPhone had zero issues with connecting.
