My new iPhone 11 keeps disconnecting bluetooth devices

I have the 7+ and ever since the latest update my phone doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth either or when it does it constantly disconnects. It’s really frustrating especially if on a call. But even when I turned off my Bluetooth on my phone for some reason it still tries to connect and drops still. I drive a 2018 Hyundai Tucson.

This is the second iPhone Pro I’ve had in the past 2 months and I’ve needed to take both back from day 1. Countless conversations with Apple and tech, they have nothing to add other than, reset, replace or update iOS. I don’t have the time nor energy to do this again. It shouldn’t be complicated. Apple have products and services, in order to sell them they know how to fix them, for the most part. They just put most problems down to iOS. iOS hasn’t fixed anything with both these phones. I continue to have more than 11 consistent and unbearable problems. Shouldn’t have to update devices every month or so. If they can’t fix something I’m guessing it’s unfixable. So I’m adding this to the list of problems that have no solutions. Also added to the list of reasons why I do not like IPhones. I’ve been with Apple for most of my life and too many apps, features and files are exclusive to just throw everything away and switch, so ofc I will stay like most people.😒

iPhone 11 ProMax keeps dropping calls in our 2017 Toyota 4runner Limited as well, very frustrating and dangerous..... Dropped three times today just after coming out of Toyota for servicing this issue......

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one with this issue, apple really needs to resolve thus issue because sending out faulty phones for more than 5 Consumers really isn’t a good look on them, my Bluetooth constantly keeps disconnecting automatically from devices I pair to, which is strange since it’s a 2019 brand new iPhone 11 pro Max. ITS ANNOYING HAVING TO KEEP RECONNECTING CONSTANTLY! more than 4 times within a 30 minute period it just doesn’t hold its connection.

I just got my iPhone 11 about one week ago from now and I’m having the exact same issue as you. I haven’t had it disconnect from my Skoda yet but I’m having trouble with my Bose headphones right this minute. I already thought about running down to the apple store and claiming my apple+ coverage but it seems to be a software issue so the best be fixing it

Mine disconnects from everything. Bose Bluetooth mini system, Subaru Impreza, JBL Bluetooth headphones....

You name it, it disconnects then sometimes reconnects in about 30 seconds. I’ve tried all the standard restarts, turning Bluetooth off and on, re-setting devices. This is annoying. Apple, are you going to help everyone out on this or what?

Having the same problem and being in sales, spending much of my day on the road, this presents a major problem and is a huge headache! 2018 Highlander won’t stay connected to Bluetooth. I have removed and reinstalled numerous times. Verizon rebuilt my profile and still it will not stay connected! Please get this fixed!!!

I am up to date on the firmware on my iPhone 11. Still see frequent disconnects on bluetooth devices. I am surprised Apple fixes did not address this issue. Frustrating. Did not expect this from Apple.

Even after today’s update it still is disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth in car several times over and over! Sooooo frustrating!! Why is this still happening!! Apple get your $*** together! Three months of this ongoing issue...

even took the phone back to o2 they gave me a brand new iPhone 11 transferred everything across ... an hour later ... AND STILL BLUETOOTH DROPS OFF

My iPhone 11 connects to Bluetooth in my Holden Cruz and will connect/disconnect every minute or so. Didn’t happen with my iPhone 8 so I assume it’s the phone and not the car. Not sure how to fix it? Phone has the latest update.

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one having this issue. My 11 pro started doing this disconnecting from Bluetooth after this iOS 13.3 update. It worked great out of the box now I’m having issues. I’m starting to think I may have made a mistake switching to the iOS ecosystem smh

2015 Toyota Highlander and I just Updated to the newest iOS 13.3. The radio just shuts off and restarts the entire time my iPhone 11 is connected via Bluetooth. The dealership can’t do anything to fix the problem because it’s a software issue. This is ridiculous Apple! I now can’t make a hands free phone call in my car so I’m not only skirting the danger of being distracted and causing an accident, I’m also at risk of getting a huge ticket/fine. Is Apple going to pay for that for me because they can’t get their software straight? 😡

Studies have found that talking on the phone while driving is ALWAYS distraction whether hands-free or holding the phone. And the risk is the same either way. So the simple answer to avoiding a fine is DON’T DO IT!
