My new iPhone 11 keeps disconnecting bluetooth devices

My new iPhone 11 keeps disconnecting bluetooth devices (happens both with Bose QC headset and Skoda car Bluetooth)

I did not see this behaviour on an iPhone X running IOS 13 beta.

Anyone having the same problem? Or even better: a solution?

(This question is about iPhone 11, but Apple apparently didn't take the time to update the "What device is this about"... )

SOLUTION

OK! I got Oscar at Apple. He is a big brain and has helped me FIX this!!

Here's the drill.

Connect iPhone 11 Pro to Macbook.

Backup to computer NOT to iCloud.

When backup is complete, restore software on the iPhone AS NEW. At this point do NOT restore data.

Once the phone has new software installed, BEFORE restoring data, on the car, forget the old Bluetooth connection and pair a new connection. Test calls. Mine works now where it was dropping 100% of incoming calls. Outgoing calls work as well.

Then go back to iTunes and restore data from the backup you just did a bit ago.

ENJOY!!!

Cudos to Oscar, Apple customer service wizard! (Previous TWO Apple reps told me there wasn't a problem with the phone, it was my car).

I have an update on my situation. I've had the same Apple ticket going since August. During that time, I've worked with three separate Senior Representatives. I have submitted logs under each of the three reps. For the first two times, Engineering took so long to review the logs that a new version of iOS came out while waiting. Their response those times were "update to the latest version and let us know if it happens again". As I submitted the third set of logs on the very day that 13.3 came out after yet another call failure, that rep told me this was a well known issue and was being worked on. After about a week, I got a call from the FIRST rep I ever worked with back in August. He told me that Engineering looked at my recent logs and determined a "hardware failure" was the problem. (counter to what rep #3 had said)

So today, I went to the Apple store and was given a brand new XS. It was running 13.2 at the time and the VERY first phone call I made from my 2019 Highlander disconnected! Hardware failure my arse! I'm now updating the phone to 13.3 and will be resubmitting logs when I get my next disconnect.

Thank you Lawrence. I checked the link. It speaks of USB interference but doesn’t seem to talk about 2 Bluetooth connections. My device Bluetooth turns off even if only 1 is connected but I notice it (because I use it more) mostly when my phone 11 is connected to my car Bluetooth and my Alexa auto at the same time. While chatting with her the iPhone Bluetooth turns off and both connections are lost.

Has there been any concrete fix to this yet? iPhone 11 here with similar issues. I have it paired to my Garmin Fenix and notice that I have to open Garmin Connect every other day to re-sync / pair it with my iPhone. I never had to do that with my Samsung galaxy.

Also noticed that every time I drive my Forester I have to open the bluetooth settings and click connect again. Some times it comes back with "cannot connect" and some times it works. Very inconsistent. I've tried the hard restart / turn bluetooth on / off, firmware is updated and nothing works.
