Hello KamalSafi,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that you're experiencing some issues with the cellular data and the Photos app on your iPhone X after updating to iOS 13. I would be happy to help provide steps so you can better enjoy all of the features this update has to offer.

iOS 13.1 was recently released (About iOS 13 Updates - Apple Support), which included many bug fixes and improvements. I would like to start by having you update to iOS 13.1, then install any available carrier settings update as well:

Be sure to also restart your iPhone after this process is complete:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you're still experiencing the issues after following those steps, I suggest reaching out to Apple Support next:

Apple - Support - Product Selection

Take care.

Hi KamalSafi,

Glad to hear your photos are working as expected again after updating your iPhone to iOS 13.1. Thanks for including the screenshot of what's happening with your cellular data signal as well. To further isolate potential causes of the cellular issues, I would like to have you try the following:

  1. Go to Settings > General > Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings. This will reset your Wi-Fi network and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that's been used on this iPhone.
  2. Check with your carrier to verify that your data plan is active and that there's no issues with service in your area.
  3. Check for any profile's and reset the APN settings on your iPhone following the steps here: View and edit your Access Point Name (APN) on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support

If there's no change after trying those steps, I would like to have you reach out to Apple Support using the previously provided contact link.

Cheers!

When connected to WIFI and network type is LTE ... and make a call , after hanging up , network signals vanishes

when not connected to WiFi, and network type is LTE ... and make a call, after hanging up . Network signals remain and working fine

when connected to WiFi, and network type is 3G ... and make a call, after hanging up everything’s fine..

I’m confused if my WiFi Abd LTE are not working with each other properly? After updating it to 13 ... and even updates won’t work.
