No Repeating Notifications on Imessage on IOS 13

Noticed today that my wifes new Iphone 11 and my New Pro Max wont repeat the Imessage notifications. We have them set to repeat 3 times and it only alerts the one time and no repeat alerts as set. Anyone else? Thanks !

Notifications not working iOS 13.5.1 Hi everyone; Please assist, I'm not receiving any notifications on my iPhone 11 pro for iMessage and texts unless i'm already in the message app. Do Not Disturb is off and notifications are on as well, I've check all settings and can't find what could be the issue. I have tried the following; turned iMessage off then restart then back on again to reset my setting 3 times The problem started before I updated to iOS 13.5.1, and I was really hoping it will fix the issue. I do not receive notifications from iMessages I receive notifications from iMessages on my iPad, but I don’t receive them from my iPhone. I have checked everything connected with notifications in the settings, and everything was the same, but unfortunately O still do not receive notifications.

Apparently it has also NOT been fixed in 13.2

What is going on?

How can APPLE mess this up so badly?

Why can they not fix this after so many updates?

I don’t get any text notifications let alone repeat ones haha. And 13.1.3 didn’t fix it. How hard can it be to fix a basic function??

I just received my IPhone 11 pro 3 days ago and have the same problem!! I got rid of my iPhone 7 because of the same issue but worse!!!
