They claim the iPhone X is containing unauthorized parts

On (indsæt dato), I bought 2 iPhone X at Elgiganten DK

Eventually, both of the iPhones broke.

It was the same two errors that occurred - the FACEID and the left side of the touch screen didn't work.

The first of the two iPhones was in for repair at Elgiganten. It was free due to the guarantee, and it is now fixed.

The second was in for repair at Elgiganten as well, but they denied to repair the phone, in that they claim the phone is containing unauthorized parts fx. an unoriginal screen and that it is even missing some screws

This is where I run into a serious problem

Both of the phones were unopened, when I bought them at Elgiganten, and I have not been at an unauthorized shop to get them fixed - and why should I, when there is an guarantee, that assures me free repair?

So either, Elgiganten lies or Apple has made the iPhone by unauthorized parts
