Network connection

After upgrading to iOS 13 when you turn on the modem via wi-fi, can not connect to the Internet writes "Unidentified network" on the computer windows 7 and windows 10 connects normally. Please check and correct

Was able to find a solution!! On Command prompt, run as administrator then do a ipcofig \release. After process is completed, do a ipconfog \renew. Then go to Network and Sharing Center and you’ll notice that Public Network under your iPhone hotspot’s name is now clickable. Now click on it and change network to Home network! Wait a few sec and you’ll be able to connect to the internet.

If I’m understanding your message correctly, the iPhone is appearing as “Unidentified network” in the available Wi-Fi connections on your Windows 7 computer. If that is correct, first, restart both devices. If it’s still showing as “Unidentified network” check to see the name it has on the Personal Hotspot page following the steps under, “Change the name of your Personal Hotspot,” on this page: Share your iPhone Internet connection
