iPhone 11 on iOS 13 having Bluetooth connectivity issues

I am having the same issue. When I ask siri any questions sound does not come throught the car speakers at all. and it drops out from time to time as well. Never had any issues with IPHONE X. What is going on APPLE.. do you test this equipment before gets released???

I opened up a ticket with tier 2 support today. They took analytics data / enhanced data collection while the crackling was happening and passed it on to the engineers. Let's see what's going to happen in the next couple of days.

Hi, same problem with IOS 13.1.3 (iPhone X) and R-Link (v7) worked for 2-3 days and suddenly it disconnects a no works anymore.

I have already tried to unpair, shutdown phone....

13.1.3 it is supposed to fix Bluetooth problems but not...

Hi I have the exact same problem!!! No bluetooth in my car - connects momentarily and then disconnects! Can't play anything off my phone in my car! This is *super* annoying! (Especially when I've paid nearly $2000 for a phone!!!)

iPhone 11 Pro Max, IOS 13.1.3, still my Bose QC35 BT headphones will not pair.

The little headphone icon at the top right of the screen slides in then slides out revealing my battery meter again. It seems to not be able to lock on to the BT signal.

I have the same issue . Blue tooth getting disconnect in few seconds while on the call and what is more annoying is blue tooth connects back while trying talk in regular phone . Apple need to resolve this issue asap or many would turn back to return the phone .. I may .

My iPhone 11 is up to date with all new software updates & still have issues. Bluetooth music works fine in my car but calls drop in & out from Bluetooth audio to phone audio approximately every minute. When will this be fixed?!?

To everyone still having BT problems. The current "OFFICIAL" iOS does not, repeat, does not fix the BT isssues.

I don't have the BT issue anymore because Apple already have the fix, and I don't have the iOS 13.1.x installed.

If you have a HumX and you got the latest version of the Hum app, it is the stupid Google Assistant that is blocking the connection. You have to disable the Google Assistant but you can't remove it because it doesn't work without the Google Assistant either. The other problem is the Google Assistant keeps turning itself back on in the Hum App. So, every time you want to connect to your HumX, you need to disable the google assistant in the Hum app, and try to reconnect via BlueTooth. The developer for the HumX and whoever made this decision to include the Google Assistant and the way it work might want to consider a different career. I hope this helps others because it is completely annoying.

Also, they haven't updated the App for iOS to support the HandsFree option that I was notified about. I called Hum Support on October 17th and they said it would be fixed in 24 hours. As of now (a week later), nada.

This is still happening on iPhone 10 even with the recent updates trying to fix it. Bluetooth drops in car and won’t auto connect. Super frustrating. And dangerous because if this is happening to everyone people aren’t able to use their Bluetooth and will still use their phones.

MY wife has an iPhone 11 on the daily and I'm trading for 11 on my XS. We live in a middle of nowhere and maybe 2 bars at most. For now I can assure you the standard 11 gets a better signal than my XS ever did. (PWM things that bug **** out of me-headaches, eye strain, etc.). Field tests also indicate that it is coming from -106-112db while mine is at best-118db.

IPhone is top mobile in the world and biggest company in the world like apple should consider all its aspects before releasing.

I had the same issue with my 2014 4Runner SR5, and my IPhone 11 ProMax. I can’t even use my phone in my truck anymore. The Bluetooth connection just randomly cuts off after random no lengths of time. It sucks!

You are correct the upgrade doesn't fix a **** thing! I am so frustrated with Apple...I've spent hours on the phone with technicians, sending them data and more...they should never have released this phone....If they have any integrity they should offer refunds...I'll take my 7 Plus back in a minute!

I'm having bluetooth problems as well. This had never happened before with previous iPhone models. It started happening with the iPhone 11. The connection with my car is very choppy, for lack a better word. It stays connected but the audio is cut off half the time, making it really annoying to listen to music. I've also noticed is more prominent when I use Apple Music than when I use Spotify or listen to audiobooks. It happens with my car and my Aftershokz Trekz Air, though it is much worse with my car than the headphones. I have the most up-to-date iOS and it still happening. It's very annoying.

I bought a new iphone 11 and bluetooth gets disconnected in between while on call using my sony WH-CH500 wireless headphones... no issues while listening to songs, but is very frustrating while on call. Already updated with ios 13.1.3 version, but still the same issue... will wait for a week time and if no updates to fix it planning to return it back.... This is the first time I am feeling so bad buying iphone :( I feel android phones are better than iphones nowadays :(
