Turn off IOS 13 Contact Suggestions

How do I remove contact suggestion from photos and messages on ios 13? If I want to send a picture I get a row of contact suggestions I would like to turn that future off. I’ve tried turning it off by turning off “Siri Suggestions” but that didn’t work.

Which means: another system, another brand.

Apple is turning people like me away with such policies. When the os is supposed to know -better than the user- what he/she is supposed to do, like, share etc. , it’s a very bad sign to him/her: if I understand properly that I am supposed to take it or leave it, then of course I leave it. Who can accept such an intrusive “mandatory” feature?

Opt-out is not only an « option » : it is a deliberate choice. Where are the brains gone in Apple?

This is likely done in order to take these suggestions (that can now be considered a part of Apple’s iMessage Online Service and not a Device only feature) use them to categorize and place people into groups so that they can further their intrusion into your daily lives.

All of course “To provide more relevant content to consumer.” Right, just how digital voicemail was offloaded to a human company who then could access everyone’s voicemails.

I don't entirely hate the feature, but it needs to at least be editable/sortable/defeatable.

What I really want to know is: HOW are the suggestions determined?? There doesn't appear to be any logic as to which contacts appear. Like, how about the last few people I texted in order of most recent? Most used contacts? Favorites? But no, it's totally arbitrary and THAT is what makes it useless and frustrating.
