I noticed I have uninstalled data usage under cellular usage. I’ve read that it’s the data that the apps I deleted used, and that it should be cleared if I were to reset the statistics.
However, I reset my statistics, and I hadn’t deleted any apps after that until now. However, again, the uninstalled apps are showing on my data usage .... with like 90mb. Why is this happening?

No it hasn’t been fixed didn’t change anything also battery drain seems to have dramatically increased could practically watch the battery going down ended up resetting seems to have improved battery life.Now wish I didn’t upgrade to 13.4
This is shameful, we need our phones more now than ever before in our lives with all that is going on in the world and this is what Apple gives us. I am a senior citizen, I've been an Apple product user for 30 years. For the first time since the late 90s and very early 00s, I am embarrassed to tell people I use Apple products. I can't go out and upgrade to a Samsung right now considering the circumstances but if and when this coronavirus pandemic settles, I will not purchase another iPhone.
It is happening with my iPhone 8 too. This category consumed 1.1 Gb in the last 2 days. I reset my counter and hadn’t uninstalled anything after. I have a support case open. No resolution yet.
Mine is doing the same thing. Just today my uninstalled apps went 483km. I have reset and it shows up.
Same issue here, I have reset multiple times and not uninstalled anything since resets

this is a really big problem. apple should solve it!!
Topher, KB's are miniscule. 1000KB = 1MB - 1000MB = 1GB. So 197 KB of data used in a day is very small. Mine was using 1.5GB a day in uninstalled apps.
I understand that, my numbers occur in 20 hours that I have been attached to wifi for the entire time.
It should be zero and I have a 2gig plan that I share with wife

My issue is "uninstalled apps" using data on a regular basis.
Yeah, it looks like mine started going up again. It stayed still for a few days. Apple support said data usage was on the carrier’s end not theirs which is obviously not the case.

Yeah, mine has also continued to climb. Up to 35 mb now.
Not the carrier, unless they are all doing the sam thing. Someone has mentioned T-mobile and I’m on Verizon. Having the same issue.
