I noticed I have uninstalled data usage under cellular usage. I’ve read that it’s the data that the apps I deleted used, and that it should be cleared if I were to reset the statistics.
However, I reset my statistics, and I hadn’t deleted any apps after that until now. However, again, the uninstalled apps are showing on my data usage .... with like 90mb. Why is this happening?

Same problem here on a Iphone X and a Iphone 7 with IOS 13.3. Allready had ocntact with Apple support 2 weeks ago but no solution yet.
It also happens a lot on wednesday and if we look on the battery usage Siri is using a lot of battery even when Siri is disabled.
I’m at same point, did 2 sets of diagnostics so far (First done while on phone with Support, second over the course of 24 hours that were sent to Apple engineering on 21st). Waiting on update too.
Though it hasn’t been going crazy like the first week I noticed it. But I suppose the damage was done when it used 4.5GB of my data and took me over my monthly usage.

March 15, 2020 and I still have this issue. My X phone shows 21 GB of cellular usage running iOS 13.3.1. Apple... feel free to contact me if you need a sample user... this really needs to be fixed.
This is a very pervasive issue that has existed for some time yet I see no comments/answers/communications from Apple. WTF?

I have an iPhone 8 running 12.4.1 and just checking today I noticed I also have 70MB of Uninstalled Apps. I had been following some of these threads but thought issue was limited to ios13.
Has this problem finally been addressed and fixed in iOS 13.4 released today? I have my doubts. I doubt if much has been fixed at all with the update, just like the past ten updates.

3 x family iPhones - 6s, 7 & 8. All on 13.2.3
My wife and daughter have both used there 5gb allowance this month. Which is unprecedented. If I switch off wifi and reset statistics, then I see around 500kb of Uninstalled Apps data usage in 10 minutes.
This is killing both our data plans and battery life.
No way its a carrier issue, I have Verizon.
I am turning off cellular when I travel from work to home (where I am on wifi at both locations)
Hopefully this gets addressed in the next update
