Photos Sent via text messages are blurry

Why are my pictures taken with my new iPhone 11 so clear and sharp in my photos but when sent via text they show up blurry. If I air drop to the same person they are clear.

Maybe you have low quality image mode turned on. in settings, go to messages and scroll to the bottom and turn this off.

I try to send a screenshot and it's clear on my end but the receiver gets it as a blurry image. This has recently started happening. pictures sent via SMS sometimes grainy Recently purchased iPhone 11Pro, and so did my husband sometimes when I receive pictures from him they are grainy and look to be of low quality. Is there a setting on either of our phones to correct this? The pictures look fine on his end, so I feel the issue is on mine. And help or suggestions to be able to receive all pictures of the highest quality would be greatly appreciated.
