why is my iphone 11 front and back camera quality so horrible?

Ive got my iphone 11 here in saudi arabia last nov 14 and the same ive noticed bad quality front and rare camera. Ive tried to return the phone hoping for a new one that better than mine. Unfortunately they need to send my phone to the company i mean their supplier, coz i didn't my phone in apple store. So, it would take to long to get back the new phone. I was disappointed coz i didn't expect iphone 11 would be like this. Then yesterday i saved all my files photos, etc.. then did the reset all thing and guess what? Now my phone camera is good the video recording in 4k 60fps is so amazing loving it, Photo quality is good as apple said. All my problem about this phone was solved. Try it for yourself guys maybe it'll work for you too. Peace.

Our iPhone 11 cameras are terrible. Neither one takes a clear picture and even between the two the colors don't even look the same. Check out these two shots from two different iPhone 11 rear cameras simultaneously.

I’m so disappointed in the new 11 pro max front camera quality. It is very pixilated it honestly reminds me of my iPhone 4 camera or my first iPad. It’s awful. For as much as I’m paying for it, you’d think it would be a lot clearer and if you do get a decent (nonpixleated) pic, the light has to be just perfect! Sooooo unimpressed and frustrated!!

This is happening to me too, and I’m up to date with my software. I’m so so so upset. My 8 plus was a million times better!!! I’m going to the Genius Bar when I get home to see if there’s something they can do...

I’m finding soooo many issues with my 11, my WiFi doesn’t work as well, the reception is bad in places I never had issues with my 8 before, the front camera is still Gritty even with the update. I’m so disappointed!

Going to to do the update and see if it fixes the camera. Really bad blurry and filtered images coming from the iPhone 11. Also wifi issues where i didn't have them before. similar to what someone said a few comments up.

This is happening with me too. I just got the iPhone 11 for Black Friday and both cameras are pixelated and unclear. The flash is also way over aggressive. Super disappointing. I wish I had gotten a Samsung.

My iphone 11 pro max cameras are blurry front and back. Its really horrible!!!! My xr is much better!! This phone is really costly! 3 cameras only to take bad pictures uuuuuuggggghhhhhh this really upsetting! My selfies look like a 5 mp camera.

Mine is awful too I just came here to see if anyone else had the same issue it’s as if it has a blurry filter and I’m so disappointed. I upgraded from my iPhone 8 and now I’m extremely annoyed I did so.

make sure you’ve updated to the latest iOS 13 release. That did help me considerably. I noticed a huge difference after the update.

This sums up the issue. I hope Apple addresses this soon because I was really hoping to upgrade but now...not so much.
