Is anyone else having an issue where there is a blank email on the iPhone, but when you go to delete it it stays there? I have tried to "archive" it, but it just shuts down the mail app. I've done a reset on my phone, but it is still there. Showed up shortly after doing the upgrade ti iOS 13. It shows up as a blank space between the other email messages that I have.

Make sure you know your password for your mail account that is giving you this trouble.
Settings> Accounts> select the problematic account and delete it.
Wait a few seconds.
Add the account back. Problem solved.
There is no need to delete the mail app.
Apple have completely destroyed the Mail App.

move an email to a folder within your inbox, then when a related message comes in, it disappears from the main inbox folder and lands in the folder you previously moved the initial message to.
im now chasing replies from people and they’ve already sent them but I’ve not seen them hit the inbox.
What a **** up this is.
Apple seem that busy thinking up the next big thing, they’re forgetting the basics.

I have over 50 completely blank emails, I see that others are having the same issue. Am I missing some potential important emails? I have several emails unanswered, are they apart of this blank email issue. Please fix the issue right away as there are more than 50 blank spots I have to scroll throough just to read my emails.
This is More than frustrating. I have been an android user forever. I have had a Mac book pro and an iPad for years and finally decided to switch to an iPhone. I have total buyers remorse, the iPhone 11pro max is the worst phone I have ever experienced. The email “blanks” problem is ridiculous you think you have it fixed and the problem comes right back. I have spent an inordinate amount of time in the Apple store, on the phone with apple care and in TMobile with no resolve. Other than having a phone with better security I don’t understand why so many people like the iPhone... doesn’t even come close to how androids operate. I have had nothing but problems with my email since I got this phone almost 3 weeks ago. Feels like I took a big bite out of a Rotten Apple.
As previously stated, I’ve cleared mine several times on several different devices and although it appears ok for a time, the blank emails then reappear!
ive been onto apple and they cannot suggest anything further and do not understand why this keeps happening to lots is users.
as I’m not getting answers and they don’t appear to be fixing the issue I may need to look into another make phone and tablet as it’s becoming unusable for emails (the main reason I use my devices).
I have the same problem as well, this last update really mess up my emails. Does anyone have a solution to remove be blank spaces? Can’t delete them can’t move them it’s frustrating!

I’m having the same issue. I have hotmail accounts and I’ve reset, deleted accounts and re-instated them and still now joy....come on Apple, please resolve this issue!

Same issues here. I think it has something to do with device sync, because when I reload my emails from my MacBook, it goes away. But yeah, very annoying.

This needs a long term fix. It fixes itself then reappears after deleteing files again. Pay attention Apple. this would never have happened in the old Apple II and original Macintosh days!!!

This blank email issue only occurs on my iPhone Yahoo/AT&T IMAP email account. It does not occur on my Google, Microsoft, AOL, and Apple iCloud email accounts.
