iphone 11 pro max cannot connect to iTunes for windows

I am having a fore I left time trying to connect my new iPhone 11Pro to my iTunes on my pc!!!!!!!!! Hours!!!!!! 2 hours on the phone with Apple the other night and 2 experts couldn’t figure it out. I am sooooooo frustrated!!!!! My iTunes will not recognize my new phone! I have years of music that I have purchased through iTunes and I cannot put it on my phone!!!! I can still get it on my pc but NOT ON MY PHONE which is where I usually use it. Some music transferred over at the store where I got my phone so I didn’t realize it till a few days later. What in the world is going on? I’ve NEVER had this problem. Don’t know what to do. Have to use my previous iPhone 7Plus usb cord because my oc doesn’t have anything but USB ports and the new cable doesn’t have one. Haven’t even thought about what this means for use in both cars! HELP😱🤬🤬

The same exact thing is happening to me. I am not the most technical savvy. Just got the new iphone 11 pro max. I have tons of music as well. The ‘trust this computer’ does not show. I used my iphone x cord. I need help please.

Haven’t been able to tackle it lately had upper spine surgery 3 weeks ago and don’t want to aggravate it. Started doing this a little over a week out of surgery and back went nuts for about 5 days. Have ordered several adapters for the new cord so I can plug into a USB port. Seriously want all my music back! Had to purchase one of my classical pieces that I use as my alarm because I couldn’t get it back on my phone!!!!!! This is just wrong. Hope it gets figured out but I really can’t do any work on the computer for probably another 3 weeks till I’m out of the neck brace. Please let me know if anyone comes up with a solution. Have spent a lot of $$$ purchasing music that I cannot get back on my phone. And, YES, my phone was turned on and unlocked when I did my many attempts before! THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE!!!!!😳

Yes. It comes with a cord but it has a USB c connection! I don’t have one of those on my computer or any other charging devices except for the box plug that came with the phone!!!!!!!! Can’t plug that into any USB ports that I have without an adapter and it didn’t come with one!!!!!!! Trust me - I’m not totally stupid. Thanks

That would suggest a faulty cable or a poor connection to the socket. Are you using the new cable that came with the device? Could the USB port on your computer be damaged?

Weird. Mine came with a charger, USB C - lightning cable, and headphones. Admittedly I don't have any USB C ports on any of my computers so I'm using an old lead too. You may have a duff device.

Apple does not supply regular computer type lightning to computer cable. Buy from Amazon.

The phone comes with the cord Not sure why you dont think it does Apple has always come with the charging cord and the new one comes with the correct cord

My 11 Pro Max I bought 10/27 did not come with a Windows computer connect cord. I did get the charging cord. Are we talking connect to Apple computer or my Windows with standard USB ports?

Are you unlocking your devices before attempting to connect to the computer? In Catalina syncing is managed through the Finder.

Yes, they are unlocked. With Finder open, I cannot even click on my phones name, it flashes connected/disconnected so fast.
