iPhone 11 Pro Max - freezing issues

I have iPhone 11 pro max and it’s been freezing up all across, ie, playing games, hanging up on a call, call delays, when using application like Pinterest etc.

This really sucks as I’m having to get out of the application and come back in.

Now, just needing to get an appointment to see Apple Support to determine if I have a lemon

Similar but with different apps. I can get out of the frozen apps and close them off but nothing other than rebooting the phone will fix the freezing issue

I even tried uninstalling particular apps like eBay but couldn’t get the App Store to work either. I don’t have time to reboot every three hours

after using a week and updated latest ios 13..1.3 suddenly in mornig my iphone hang on balck screen and try everything to getout this **** but only option is forcefully turn of phone .

please apple support team fix this Asap......

I need to add a new issue with the anti camera app. Lately I’ve been experiencing the app opening into a black screen and frozen. I’m forced to close the app and reopen it. I started experiencing this issue about a week ago. Not sure if it’s related to a he new iOS update to 13.1.3. I feel it is still related to the freezing issues. I will post pictures as soon as possible.

I have the same problem primarily with the messages app,,, constantly freezing, i can barely send a message,, its like every 2 or 3 messages it completely freezes and i have to hard reset... i have the same camera freezing issue,,, this is the buggiest version of ios i have ever seen... supremely disappointed that there are no fixes

I got the basic iphone 11. Nice phone , though I have already had to reset it to factory status. Siri quits working. And after downloading 3 apps, it started freezing up. It is brand knew. Still in warranty . How do I get it replaced ? Or am I out of luck?

Any news if the new 13.2 update helping it. My 2 days old phone yesterday got freeze taking video of my son's graduation moment. Lost the moment and it took me at least 8 minutes to get it resent. Please help!!

I thought 13.2 fixed the freezing issue but unfortunately Nooooooooo. Trying to text is embarrassing it freezes almost on each word. Apple please fix this, I have been your greatest proponent for your devices but this is ridiculous.

iam on 13.2 and have the same issue.

Freezing in mail app or others. It tooks several seconds to get usable again.

So is that a Software or Hardware issue ?

Has no one called Apple Support for that ?

I have a 2 day old iPhone 11 pro Max. It freezes often in various applications. Th BlueTooth connection also drops out at least once an hour connected to my vehicle system or any other external systems.

I also find this phone difficult to use compared to my iPhone 6s, I think ! got a little too far ahead of myself!

Thanks but be aware, they didn’t know about the main issue I turned up with. In fact, the store manager worked out that his phone had the same issue as mine only after seeing mine. They had a number of managers then trying to figure it out but nobody could. They suggested I await an update which I did and I agree, it fixed ‘some’ issues but not all.

I am on here (as I await going back to the store) to see if anyone or apple have any light to shed - touch issues can be software or hardware I believe - so I may need a replacement iPhone (if mine is faulty).

I’m dealing with constant hangs and freezing in any app. This is my 2nd 11 Pro Max because of the same issue with the first one. Takes beautiful pics and video but this is my mobile office so I may have to go back to my iPhone 10 if they can’t fix the stability of the 11 hardware or software issues. The rapid fire iOS 13 updates makes it feel like this product was rushed to the shelf without any testing for Apple’s high standards in quality control.

Thx William, yes I will go back in. It is odd that some people have issues and some don’t and some have ‘similar’ freezing issues but others are different. I have faith in Apple but it’s not going to be an easy thing to fix so perhaps not a quick fix either. If I find anything out, I’ll post it here.

Ok that’s disruptive if it’s your office and if your second. It’s so odd because William for example hasn’t seen the issue on his or other iPhones. I’m wondering why it only affects ‘some’ and then in the same but different ways. My camera hasn’t frozen (🤞🏻😬 yet) but I ran late the other day because my front face clock froze. Yes I wonder what happened with the testing?! I’m sure they will fix it eventually - yes maybe, as wrong as it is - use your 10 for now. Sadly for Apple it’s all in the reputation however I still love their phones.... they will fix it, eventually.

I've had my iPhone 11 Pro Max 5days:

1) the screen has frizen several times a day;

2) the orientation sticks even though unlocked;

3) scrolling up/down results in “swiping” to another page/app;

4) There is a spot right under the camera that gets very hot 🔥 when I first take the phone off the charger, but then it cools down.

*the phone is not in a case

*not using Bluetooth/wireless charging

If Apple doesn’t fix these bugs, they can have their phone back. I’m go back to my iPhone 8!!!
