Recent IPhone update causes Wallet App to open and freeze
Apps freeze or close after last update to phone.
and Before last OS update also had weird things happening, a check at store said nothing wrong.

These are the steps you'll want to take: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open. Once you get to step 4, if the app is an Apple app, then you'll want to follow these steps instead to delete and reinstall it: Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12 or later device or Apple Watch - Apple Support
