Cant download apps and another few things

So i have a iphone 13, and it have been on and off problems with it from the start.

Biggest issue is that i cant download apps from appstore for days and the wallet freezing when i opened it. And i have the same problem with one another app i use.

Then it all works normal for a few days until a get the same problem again.

What can i do ? Do i have a deffect device ?
