Ever since the iOS 12 update, I've had intermittent microphone issues. I couldn't make phone calls! A key feature of this device, this is not good. My "fix" was resetting network settings and the microphone would start working. I often have to restart the phone to get the microphone to work.
Anyone else having these issues?

I would take a look at the steps in: If the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch aren't working
If those steps do not work, I would reach out to Apple Support.

I definitely understand. If Apple support was unable to resolve, did they recommend taking it in for service? A Genius Bar will inspect your device at no cost. Once inspected, they will be able to go over the next steps in getting it resolved.

Yes, same problem exists.
Tried those. I'm past those recommendations. It's a random thing that started after iOS 12 update. Not great to have this issue, of course.
