I have my Apple ID since the beginning and used iCloud since it was MobileMe and no serious problem. but 3-4 years ago I lost my MacBook Pro and when I replaced it with a new one I discovered that my iCloud files are completely lost ...!!??? is there any way to recover my files from Apple server ?
Try going to iCloud.com using a computer browser, then click Account Settings. Under Advanced at the bottom left are some restore options. See if they help.
