How do I see what time my next alarm is set to on the iOS lock screen? I only get a tiny alarm clock icon next to the battery/charging symbol on the lock screen currently. I want to be able to validate what time my alarm is set to without unlocking the phone.(I have an iPhone8 and I'm installing iOS 13.1.)
Is there an iOS alarm clock widget or something like that I can display on the lock screen?

There's nothing that you can display on the lock screen but from the lock screen if you swipe right you'll see the widgets. The Up Next widget will show you the next alarm time.
