No, you can't add that back. But, you can ask Siri when the next alarm is scheduled for.

How to tell if clock alarm has been set Hi - ios16 I cannot figure out a way to see if I have set a clock alarm without either going to the control center or actually opening the clock app. Is there any way to get the clock alarm icon in your top right screen where the power is? I could not find a way to do it. I suspect the reason is that the notch restricts the number of status icons that can be displayed and Apple must have made a choice on which ones should be.
