Unknown numbers were silenced

After upgrading to 13.0 unknown numbers call to my mobile is automatically silenced. it is going under missed-call list.

Please let me know, what would have been the problem?

Hi there, this is a new feature. You can turn it off by going to settings>phone and toggle off "silence unknown callers"
