iOS 13.1 cutting off text of forwarded emails?

I'm convinced Apple doesn't even follow this discussion group. Everyone I've talked to at Apple acts like this is news to them. Furthermore, when there's a problem this widespread and out in the open, the best course of action is to admit there's an issue and that it is being worked on. Absolutely nothing from Apple .....SMH

Ok I braved the update.... at first I thought the issue was fixed but now it just happened again. That the text was not forwarded when an email is forwarded on mail exchange....!this is sooooo annoying!!

This is a real problem. Like most of us, we rely on a complete thread. The truncated emails is rendering my iPhone X useless for business purposes. It may seem like a small thing, but it is a critical function. Does Apple intend to fix with a patch?

13.2.3 was a big improvement for mail issues. However we’re still getting reports of following:

• Duplicate sent items showing on phone (but not actually sent twice and not actually two copies on mail server)

• Inbox doesn’t consistently refresh. Requires manual refresh.

• Sent button (blue up arrow) doesn’t respond. Have to exit app or kill it and relaunch to resolve.

• Randomly, users will get a black screen with a prompt that says “UNDO OR CANCEL”. If you hit cancel several times the screen slowly fades back to the mail app with each time you press cancel. We can’t figure out what causes this. It seems to be after the phone is locked.

Unbelievable!! Apple need to sort this out. Impossible to function with this bug. Considering moving to Sndroid if they don’t sort it out fast. Red oculi us trying to pass the buck...terrible update so far..

Why is this still an issue? It’s maddening and slowing my productivity. After years of iPhones and big love for Apple, this might be it if they can’t get it fixed. I understand temporary glitches, but my God. This has been going on for months. Fix it or I’m out. I’m ready to upgrade my phone anyway. Seems like the right time to break up, Apple. It’s not you, it’s... wait, nope. It is you! FIX IT!

This is a catastrophic error

if I forward a legal statement that is truncated who is at fault?? - ie who gets sued

Very painful update—VERY painful

I have a 7+ and am running 13.2.3. That has fixed the problem for me but I've dumped Apple for business and just use it for fluff. Took too long to address a problem that should have been caught before they went live with the update.

Agree. It’s really disappointing. We’re still getting reports of other email issues:

• Duplicate sent items show on Apple devices in Sent Items (but not actually duplicated on mail server)

• Sent items and other folders don’t refresh.

Additionally, outside the email issues, the OS is buggy in other places. The new text selection, for example, has strange behavior at times and things freeze. Forwarding text messages we’ve had some odd issues as well.

Again, all around, very disappointing.

iOS 13.1 is truncating all forwarded emails and replies. The email will only include the subject line and leave everything else out. Currently unresolved and Apple isn't owning the issue.

Finding it hard to believe that Apple isnt pushing a fix on this. Its really impacting many users. iOS 13 probably the worst update ever.

Hi, were having the same problem here. Very odd and frustrating issue.

Has there been any work around on getting this to work from Apple to get the stock IOS mail client work?

How are you recreating the issue? We've had users complain about this but haven't been able to recreate it during our own testing.
