Dolphin browser fails after update to ios13. No help from Dolphin support.

I had the Dolphin Browser as well. It hasn’t been updated in a year. I deleted it because it won’t open on my iPad either. There are plenty of good free browsers with tons of features that get updates all the time. If the developer didn’t care to update the app in a year, that speaks volumes to me.

First, you can try uninstalling your Dolphin Browser and reinstalling it back.

If still doesn’t work, pls wait a few more days for Dolphin Support (May I know when did you email to Dolphin Support? They may need some more time to reply to your email)

Also, why aren’t you using Safari Browser? I find it great.

No reply from Dolphin browser then I think you better forget all about Dolphin browser and start updating these bookmarks into your Safari browser on your iPhone & iPad manually so that next time if anything happens to your bookmarks, you can restore these bookmarks using iCloud backup (provided you backup using iCloud)

Actually, that was the main reason I downgraded back to ios 12.4.1.

Dolphin is the single browser which doesnt hide tab bar when scrolling. And I’m really annoyed by that fullscreen feature I cannot turn off.

Oh, you downgraded back to iOS 12.4.1 using iTunes, I see.

I really wish I had the answer as all my bookmarks were on this browser, but mine won’t work either and I’ve tried everything. I also wrote to support with no response. It works great on my IPhone but not at all on my IPad.

I deleted it and reinstalled it and it did no good. I hope that you get a reply and can get it all worked out.

Thanks. I just remembered I still have my original IPad Air and that will have all my bookmarks.
