How long did available balance take to update

How long does Apple Credit Card take to update balance after payment from checking account. The payment posted on Tuesday and it is Friday and my Available balance is still not reflecting the payment.

The trick is to make a transfer to Apple Cash, and then use Apple Cash to make your payment. Apple Cash transfers to the Apple Card appear to be instant. Only work around I’ve found so far. Hope this helps.

I do not recommend anyone get this card! After being on the phone with reps for over half an hr and being transferred to multiple departments I received an answer that it takes 7-10 days to reflect a payment into your account. The payment was immediately deducted from my account but would take 7-10 days to reflect on my Apple Card balance. Worse credit card and card service I have ever experienced. The only way for a payment to immediately reflect on your available balance is to put money on your Apple Cash then pay off your Apple Card with the funds from your Apple Cash. The most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced with a credit card; I already closed the account after a month, not dealing with that!

Payments are instant for me as well, however the time it takes for the available credit to update I do not know I’m still waiting. I’ve made three payments and the available amount of credit has not updated. It’s been seven days today. I also called and the response is several business days for the payment to reflect as available credit. 7 Days and Counting.

Experiencing the same issue here. I use Amex, discover, and BOA. And none of them ever once took this long to reflect on available credit.

I hate to be negative but also don’t want to dishonest but I was super excited to get the “future” credit card so I’m quite disappointed on this aspect. No complaints about 0 fees. I mean they are new to consumer credit card, I’d give them a few more years to really get the business pumping

Okay this is all crap! I’m beyond annoyed as my husband and I both bank at the same bank. We both paid towards our balances on the same day 11/2. His available balance updated Monday 11/4. It’s now Wednesday 11/6 and I am still waiting. I got the same BS line from a rep at Goldman Sacs that it’s on my bank and to call them. I did and my bank said it’s on Goldman’s side because my payment is showing it left my account. Here’s where I think the issue is... my husband has a much higher line of credit than I do. His was available the next business day after his payment and I am still waiting in the dark... To me this seems fishy.

They still should answer properly why this is a problem. I’m still chatting with them and they are still trying to put it on my bank. It’s obviously not my bank if my husband banks at the same bank. Also they should put in their documentation (I’ve read through it) that if you make a payment with Apple Cash, you balance updated immediately. They have also been VERY inconsistent with when the available balance is updated and my first 2 payments were immediate and since then it has changed to 2 business days and now to 3 or longer. This is really annoying.

I'm very upset and not satisfied at all, I spend way to much money on apple for stuff like this to be happening Apple has never disappointed me but this for sure is bad for business. I never experienced a situation like this before , this shouldn’t even be a problem for ANYONE I just simply want my credited money and waiting 7 days or more is way unacceptable. My available balance is only $250 and they can’t even add that back to my account yet so I couldn’t imagine having a higher balance that they didn’t give back so Shame on Apple big time for this .

I believe this is on Goldman Sachs. My available balance used to update immediately after payment but lately has been taking MUCH longer. The problem with this is I now depend on my Apple Card as my primary means of payment but I am forced to use other means when it takes several business days to update available credit AFTER already receiving my payment.
