iOS 13 and 13.01 is not compatible with hearing aid streaming from iphones

Has anyone seen a warning to high end hearing aid users, eg Phonak marvel or Resound equivalent NOT to upgrade to iOS 13 or 13.1?

This renders the phone call/ music streaming function useless. Also on the iPhone 11, with Pre installed iOS 13, for Phonak marvels, the settings screen cannot be accessed.

Always have similar issues, best remedy to go into Settings -> Accessibility -> Hearing Aid, select your hearing aids and select forget this device.

Switch off Bluetooth and then reboot your iDevice.

Switch off your hearing aids, and switch the iDevice back on, once booted up Settings -> Bluetooth switch on, Then back to Accessibility and repair your hearing aids again.
