Music glitching when headphones are in

Recently whenever I have headphones plugged in my music will glitch, skip ahead, pause, or start playing without the app even being open. Siri will also randomly pop up as if I had asked "Hey Siri". I deleted my music apps and turned the iPhone music app off but it still randomly starts playing. What's going on?
