Home Screen after Unlock from Face ID
after getting my iPhone 11 Pro unlocked through Face ID, it should go directly to home screen.
it shouldn't be required to swipe up after unlocking the phone from Face ID

Or you know, just implement both touch and face ID and give us the option to use either or. Touch ID under glass or into power button has been done multiple times now, it's not magic.

Apple please add this functionality for IOS 13, the new S generation from Samsung ( android ) already have it.

Wrong, this is how it is intended to work.
You do need to swipe up to unlock the phone, it's similar to have pressed the touch ID home button on previous models.
Actually there was an option on the iPhone 7 Plus that allowed you to unlock to directly to the home screen. It was optional but now it seems they got rid of it.
