Hello. Can someone confirm that pressing 3D Touch and enabling Peek in the email app is a safe way of view an iffy (if not suspicious) email? I just did this on what turned out to be a phishing email, but I did not click on anything (no attachments or links) or do anything beyond simply viewing it in Peek.
Am I correct in thinking that I'm okay in doing this? Thanks for any advice you can offer.

From what I understand is that you're worried about using Peek on a suspicious email. I got you covered to ease your mind, and you'll be just fine. Peek is just a preview which doesn't actually open the email. You did well by not clicking on anything or download any attachments and here's a great article to have for reference when dealing with suspicious emails: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams
