FINAL CUT PRO SOUND EFFECTS

Hello everyone !

So my FCPX sound effects folder went missing after Apple restarted my computer for a different reason. I looked at different ways to get it back including through library -audio-apple loops -apple and everything is there but the sound effects folder . I purchased my FCPX through an external hardware and not through the app store so I can't uninstall and install it back . However there should still be a way to get the sound effects back that came with it . Every thing else is fine I'm just missing the sound effects . If there isn't a way how can I download external sounds into my final cut pro application ? Can I create a Sounds effect folder and add external sound effects that way ? If I can , how do I create it (under what ) and where do I get the effects from that are compatible with FCPX ? My current version is 10.4.5 & it can't be updated.
