Optimized battery charging not working
Hello, I’m using for a week with my new iPhone 11 pro max. When I’m charging the phone it goes to 100% even the feature optimized battery is turn on.
any ideas why isn’t it working?

If you have Optimized Battery Charging enabled, the Lock screen on your iPhone will display a message stating the time it's expected to fully charge to 100%.
Something to keep in mind is that your iPhone uses machine learning to understand your routine. Be sure to consistently follow the same charging routine daily in order for your iPhone to learn when to fully charge your iPhone to 100%.
