my mom has the new iphone 11 pro max and every time I call her on facetime or even using whatsapp, I'm always able to hear myself on a delay coming from her end. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?
I've had her turn the volume down, restart the phone, and it is up to date on updates. I'm not sure what else to do and this is really my only way of talking with my family since I live so far away.
